A: We do have private rooms. Please contact our Administrator for information and availability.
Do you accept Medicaid?

A: At times we are at capacity and are happy to add your name to a waiting list.
How do we apply?
A: Complete the Admission Application on our Living Well Group website, or contact the residence Administrator listed under each residence’s website.
Do you have a memory care program?
A: We take pride in the program we have developed to work with people with changing brains. Our staff undergoes extensive training in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach(trademark sign) to Care for working with people with dementia.
Is there a nurse on duty?
A: A Nurse is on call 24/7 at all locations. Our Med Techs also offer assistance with and/or administration of your medication needs.
How long have Living Well Communities been operating?
A: Our first Level III residence opened in Bristol in 2004. In 2013 we obtained the Ethan Allen Residence in Burlington, and In 2016 we assumed operations of Heaton Woods Residence in Montpelier, VT.
