Do you accept Medicaid?

A: At times we are at capacity and are happy to add your name to a waiting list.
How do we apply?
A: Complete the Admission Application on our website or connect with the appropriate admissions contact listed on each Residence’s page or our admissions page.
Do you have a memory care program?
A: We take pride in the program we have developed to work with people with changing brains. Our staff undergoes training in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care for working with people with dementia.
Is there a nurse on duty?
A: A Nurse is on call 24/7 at all locations. Our Med Techs also offer assistance with and/or administration of your medication needs.
How long has Living Well Group been operating residential care homes?
A: Our first Level III, residential care home opened in Bristol in 2004 as Living Well Community Care Home. In 2013 we acquired Ethan Allen Residence in Burlington and in 2016 we acquired Heaton Woods Residence in Montpelier.
What amenities do you offer?
A: We offer engaging programs and activities, medication management, nursing/caregiver care 24 hours a day, assistance with activities of daily living, healthy, homemade meals and snacks, transportation to doctors’ appointments, housekeeping and laundry services, access to our hair salons (at Ethan Allen and Heaton Woods Residence), and much more!
